British singer/songwriter Karen Harding has recorded new material with Evan “Kidd” Bogart and Emanuel Kiriakou for her upcoming debut album.
Bogart recently co-wrote “Ghosttown” for Madonna along with Jason Evigan and Sean Douglas. The Billboard-produced track is lifted from the artist’s latest album, “Rebel Heart,” out now via Interscope Records.
Meanwhile, Kiriakou’s production and songwriting resume includes works for Demi Lovato (“Let it Go”), Selena Gomez (“Who Says”), Bridgit Mendler (“Ready or Not”) and David Archuleta (“Crush”).
As mentioned in earlier posts, Harding is expected to release her first studio collection later this year under Method Records and Capitol Records.
Lead single “Say Something” – featuring songwriting and production by fellow UK artist MNEK – peaked to number seven on the UK Singles Chart.
Other musicians backing Harding on the keenly-awaited album are Diane Warren (Ciara, Leona Lewis), Fraser T. Smith (Kwabs, Sam Smith), Camille Purcell (Little Mix, Rita Ora) and Jimmy Napes (Disclosure, Ellie Goulding).
