Stooshe unveil official lyric video for ‘Ain’t No Other Me’

Stooshe have unveiled the official lyric video for “Ain’t No Other Me.”

The track – written by Jo Perry, Leon Thomas III, Kirk Hylton and Scotty Granger – is slotted for inclusion on the British group’s upcoming debut album, which is due on March 2013 via Warner Music Group UK / Future Cut Recordings.

As previously reported, among the other musicians backing Stooshe on the self-titled project are Future Cut: Darren Lewis & Tunde Babalola (Laura Izibor, Nicole Scherzinger), Andrea Martin (Leona Lewis, Cheryl Cole), Lindy Robbins (Jordin Sparks, Toni Braxton), Chris Braide (Sia Furler, Lana Del Rey) and Ed Drewett (Olly Murs, Dionne Bromfield).

Nicole Scherzinger has unveiled the official artwork for her new single.

“Boomerang” marks the lead single from the American singer/songwriter’s upcoming as-yet-untitled sophomore album, which is due in early 2013 via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

The track was written by Danny Mercer, Jackson Morgan, Anthony Preston and Sandy “Vee” Wilhelm, whose credits include “Only Girl (In the World)” by Rihanna [Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings], “Firework” by Katy Perry [EMI Music Group / Capitol Records] and “Selfish” by Britney Spears [Sony Music Entertainment / Jive Records].

Dido unveils official songwriting credits for new album ‘Girl Who Got Away’

Dido has unveiled the official songwriting credits for her upcoming album.

The British singer/songwriter will release “Girl Who Got Away” in March 2013 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

New single “Let Us Move On” – featuring Kendrick Lemar – was co-written and produced by Jeff Bhasker, whose credits include “Just Give Me a Reason” by Pink featuring Nate Ruess [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], “Locked Out of Heaven” by Bruno Mars [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records] and “Girl on Fire” by Alicia Keys [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].

Other musicians backing Dido on the follow-up to “Safe Trip Home” are Rick Nowels (Craig David, Lana Del Rey), Greg Kurstin (Britney Spears, Pixie Lott) and Lester Mendez (Enrique Iglesias, Nelly Furtado).

Sean Paul has unveiled the music video for his new single online.

“Body” is taken from the Jamaican dancehall recording artist’s fifth album, “Tomahawk Technique,” out now via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The track was helmed by Rico Love along with Earl Hood and Eric Goudy, who are also responsible for “Paint This House” by Brandy [Sony Music Entertainment / Chameleon Entertainment / RCA Records], “Feeling Me Right Now” by Kelly Rowland [Universal Music Group / Republic Records] and “Lessons for the Lover” by Usher [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].

Cheryl Cole debuts music video for ‘Ghetto Baby’

Cheryl Cole has debuted the video for her new single online.

“Ghetto Baby” is taken from the British artist’s third album, “A Million Lights,” out now via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records / Fascination Records.

The track was written by Elizabeth “Lana Del Rey” Grant along with Roy Kerr and Anu Pillai. Meanwhile, production credits were handled by Kid Gloves.

“A Million Lights” has debuted earlier this year at number two on the UK Albums Chart. It also spawned hit singles “Call My Name” and “Under the Sun.”

Bridgit Mendler confirms new single ‘Hurricane’

Bridgit Mendler has confirmed the title of her new single.

“Hurricane” will be released as the second single from the American singer/songwriter’s debut album, “Hello My Name Is…,” which is now available via Disney Music Group / Hollywood Records.

The track was written by Bridgit Mendler along with Evan “Kidd” Bogart (Christina Milian, Beyonce Knowles), Andrew Goldstein (Celine Dion, Katharine McPhee) and Emanuel Kiriakou (Jordin Sparks, Whitney Houston).

“Hello My Name Is…” has debuted earlier this year at number 30 on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. Meanwhile, lead single “Ready or Not” has debuted at number 98 and peaked at number 78 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. It was later certified Gold in Canada and New Zealand.

Nikki Flores releases debut album ‘This Girl’ online

Nikki Flores has unveiled her debut album “This Girl” online.

The previously unreleased project contains 17 songs that were recorded between 2005 – 2008 along musicians Evan Rogers & Carl Sturken (Rihanna, Christina Aguilera), Ryan “Alias” Tedder (Adele Adkins, Beyonce Knowles), Richard “Biff” Stannard (Pixie Lott, Kylie Minogue), Fernando Garibay (Britney Spears, Wynter Gordon), Alonzo “Novel” Stevenson (Joss Stone, Fantasia Barrino), Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem (Livvi Franc, Shontelle Layne) and The Jam: Michael Mani & Jordan Omley (Brandy Norwood, Leona Lewis).

Flores is currently pursuing a full time career as a songwriter under the direction of Sony / ATV Publishing, where she has been signed as a writer since 2006.
