JLS to reunite with Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins for new album

26 Mar

JLS are scheduled to reunite with hitmaker Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins for their upcoming fifth album, out soon via Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records.

The pair previously teamed up on the track “Hold Me Down,” co-written by Eric Bellinger (Usher, Chris Brown) and Wayne Hector (Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj).

Jerkins also co-wrote and produced songs on the next albums by Britney Spears [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], Kelly Rowland [Universal Music Group / Republic Records], Jordin Sparks [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records] and Enrique Iglesias [Universal Music Group / Republic Records].

Meanwhile, the new collection by JLS serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “Evolution.” That release debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart and delivered the Bangladesh-produced hit single “Hottest Girl in the World.”
