Cover Drive have reunited with hitmakers Supa Dups and Boi-1da for their upcoming sophomore album, which serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “Bajan Style” [Universal Music Group / Polydor Records].

The songwriting and production duo previously teamed up with the Barbadian quartet – consisting of members Amanda Reifer, T. Ray Armstrong, Jamar Harding and Barry Hill – on the Ali Tamposi-assisted “Can’t Live in a World.”

Other credits by Supa Dups – Born Dwayne Chin-Quee – include “Smoke the Weed” by Snoop Lion [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], “Show Me” by Bruno Mars [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records] and “Around the World” by Christina Aguilera [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].

Meanwhile, Boi-1da – real name Matthew Samuels – has recently contributed to tracks such as “Red Wine” by Kelly Rowland [Universal Music Group / Republic Records], “Bad Decisions” by Trey Songz [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records] and “High School” by Nicki Minaj [Cash Money / Republic Records].

In addition to Supa Dups and Boi-1da, the new collection by Cover Drive is expected to yield additional collaborations from Angela Hunte (Rita Ora, Neon Hitch), James “Jim Beanz” Washington (Britney Spears, Cheryl Cole), Tanya Lacey (Dionne Bromfield, Nikki Williams), Quiz & Larossi (Alexandra Burke, Kelly Clarkson) and Ina Wroldsen (Leona Lewis, Sophie Ellis Bextor).
