Pop starlet Jennifer Lopez has enlisted the production services of Pop & Oak along with Steve “Ace” Mostyn for her upcoming as-yet-untitled tenth studio album, out soon via Universal Music Group / 2101 Records / Capitol Records.
Warren “Oak” Felder and Andrew “Pop” Wansel are responsible for tracks including “V.S.O.P.” by K. Michelle [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records], “Snow” by Chrisette Michele [Universal Music Group / Motown Records] and “Bassline” by Chris Brown [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].
Meanwhile, Steve “Ace” Mostyn is known for co-writing / producing “Superwoman” by Alicia Keys [Sony Music Entertainment / J Records], “Her Favorite Song” by Mayer Hawthorne [Universal Music Group / Republic Records] and “Use Me” by Miguel [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].
The new collection by Lopez serves as the follow-up to 2010’s “Love?” That release debuted at number five on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. It also delivered three hit singles in the shape of “On the Floor (featuring Pitbull),” “I’m Into You (featuring Lil Wayne)” and “Papi.”
Other musicians expected on the album are Dreamlab: Leah Haywood & Daniel Pringle (Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj), Sandy “Vee” Wilhelm (Rihanna, Britney Spears), Nayvadius “Future” Wilburn (Usher, Kelly Rowland), Bilal “The Chef” Hajji (Pixie Lott, Kylie Minogue), Nadir “RedOne” Khayat (Brandy, Enrique Iglesias) and Cory Rooney (Thalia, Mark Anthony).
