Britney Spears has confirmed the title for her upcoming eighth studio album.

The singer/songwriter dubbed her new collection “Britney Jean” and will release it on December 3 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Lead single “Work Bitch” – available now for download via iTunes – was written by Britney Spears along with William Adams, Ruth-Anne Cunningham, Antony Preston, Otto Jettman, and Sebastian Ingrosso.

Other tracks slotted for inclusion on the follow-up to 2011’s “Femme Fatale” are the Sia Furler-penned “Perfume” and the William Orbit-produced “Aliens.”

“Britney Jean” is confirmed to yield further productions from Darkchild (Ciara, Justin Bieber), Hit-Boy (Rihanna, Chris Brown), Dr. Luke (Kelis, Miley Cyrus), Sandy Vee (JLS, Taio Cruz) and Naughty Boy (Fantasia Barrino, Wiz Khalifa).

On the songwriting front, the “Ooh La La” star teamed up with Emeli Sande (Katy Perry, Alicia Keys), Charli XCX (Icona Pop, Marina Diamandis), Ester Dean (Usher, Kelly Clarkson) and Jean Baptiste Kouame (Madonna, Cheryl Cole).
