William Orbit has released a new song online.

The hitmaker posted a previously-unheard remix for “Some Girls” by Madonna to his official SoundCloud page on Wednesday (January 29, 2013).

The track is lifted from the artist’s twelfth studio album, “MDNA,” out now via Universal Music Group / Live Nation / Interscope Records.

Orbit co-wrote “Some Girls” with Klas Ahlund, whose credits include “This is How We Do” by Katy Perry [Capitol Records], “Sweetie” by Carly Rae Jepsen [Interscope Records] and “Shy Boy” by Jordin Sparks [RCA Records].

“MDNA” boasts further songwriting contributions from Jean Baptiste Kouame (Tulisa Contostavlos, Wynter Gordon), Priscilla Renea Hamilton (Chris Brown, The Saturdays) and Keith Harris (Estelle Swaray, Mariah Carey).

Orbit recently produced “Alien” on Britney Spears’ latest album, “Britney Jean,” out now via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records. He wrote the track with Ana Diaz, Antony Preston, and Daniel “HyGrade” Traynor.

He also worked on the highly-anticipated third LP by British singer/songwriter Adele, which is expected to release later this year via XL Recordings.
