Jhene Aiko has debuted her new single online.

“To Love & Die” – which features Cocaine 80s – marks the first promotional single from the artist’s upcoming debut album, “Souled Out.”

The track was co-written by James Fauntleroy, whose credits include Beyonce’s “No Angel” [Columbia Records], Justin Timberlake’s “Take Back the Night” [RCA Records] and Leona Lewis’ “Don’t Let Me Down” [Syco Music].

Production duties were handled by Mac Robinson and Brian Warfield of The Fisticuffs, who are also responsible for Mariah Carey’s “Beautiful” [Def Jam Recordings] and Miguel’s “Quickie” [RCA Records].

As previously reported, “Souled Out” is scheduled for release later this year via Universal Music Group / Def Jam Recordings.

It serves as the follow-up to 2013’s “Sail Out,” which debuted at number eight on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and boasted two hit singles in the shape of “Bed Peace” and “The Worst.”
