Mack Wilds has recorded new material with Elle Varner and Darhyl Camper.
It is yet to be known whether the session is intended for a future Varner release or Wilds’ upcoming sophomore album.
On the songwriting front, Varner is co-responsible for Jessie J’s “Personal” [Republic Records], Tanika’s “Run Away” [Tim & Danny Music / Virgin EMI Records] and Miguel’s “Use Me” [RCA Records].
Meanwhile, notable production and songwriting credits by Camper include Elle Varner’s “Refill” [RCA Records], Stacy Barthe’s “Flawed Beautiful Creatures” [Motown Records] and Tamar Braxton’s “Love and War” [Epic Records].
As mentioned in previous posts, Wilds is expected to release his second studio collection later this year via Larger Than Life Records.
The still-untitled project – executive produced by Salaam Remi – serves as the follow-up to 2013’s “New York: A Love Story,” which peaked to number twenty eight on the US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart.
