John Legend has teamed up with RoccStar on new material.

“Currently making history with my brother @JohnLegend, it is a blessing to create with a fellow creator and inspire with one who inspires so many! This record will be massive,” Roccstar posted to his Instagram account.

The record producer and songwriter is known for helming Chris Brown’s “Fine China” [RCA Records], Jennifer Lopez’s “Acting Like That” f/ Iggy Azalea [Capitol Records] and Jasmine V’s “I Love Your Crazy” [Interscope Records].

He also contributed to the next projects by Fergie [Interscope Records], Zendaya [Hollywood Records], Usher [RCA Records], CeeLo Green [Warner Bros Records] and Prince Royce [RCA Records].

Meanwhile, Legend is expected to release his fifth studio collection later this year under Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The still-untitled CD reportedly features further collaborations with James “Malay” Ho (Alicia Keys, Frank Ocean) and Alex Da Kid (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj).

Legend’s last album, 2013’s “Love in the Future,” debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned hit singles including “Who Do We Think We Are,” “All of Me” and “You & I (Nobody in the World).”

Furthermore, Legend serves as the executive producer for Stacy Barthe’s upcoming debut album “Becoming.” The keenly-awaited project will hit stores later this year via Homeschool Records and Motown Records.
