20 May

British singer and songwriter Fleur East has collaborated with Tunde Babalola and Darren Lewis of Future Cut for her upcoming debut album.

“Fun morning in the studio with @FutureCut today! And got to meet the lovely @FleurEast,” regular Future Cut collaborator Whinnie Williams tweeted.

Future Cut have recently produced “Together” for Ella Eyre. The track is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Virgin EMI Records.

Their other credits include Stooshe’s “Black Heart” [Warner Bros Records], Laura Izibor’s “Shine” [Atlantic Records], Olly Murs’ “Dance With Me Tonight” [Epic Records] and Foxes’ “Holding On to Heaven” [RCA Records].

Meanwhile, East is expected to release her first studio collection later this year under Simon Cowell’s label Syco Music.

The still-untitled project reportedly features further productions from Cutfather (Kylie Minogue, Demi Lovato), Jack Splash (Solange, Alicia Keys), Fraser T. Smith (Adele, Craig David) and Richard Stannard (Gabrielle, Leona Lewis).

Future Cut, on the other hand, have contributed to the next projects by Little Mix [Columbia Records], Tamera Foster [Syco Music], Conor Maynard [Parlophone Records] and Mutya Keisha Siobhan [Polydor Records].
