Jordin Sparks has premiered the music video for her new single online.
The singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “Right Here Right Now” to her Vevo channel on Thursday (July 09, 2015).
“Right Here Right Now” was co-written by James Fauntleroy, whose other credits include Jhene Aiko’s “To Love & Die” [ARTium], Justin Timberlake’s “Not a Bad Thing” [RCA] and Mariah Carey’s “Dedicated” [Def Jam].
Production duties were handled by Dem Jointz, who is also responsible for Janet Jackson’s “No Sleeep” [Rhythm Nation], Brandy’s “Put it Down” f/ Chris Brown [RCA] and Rihanna’s “Cockiness (Love It)” [Def Jam].
Sparks’ upcoming third album “Right Here Right Now” – featuring previous singles “It Ain’t You” and “Double Tap” – will hit stores and digital outlets on August 21 through Louder Than Life Records.
The follow-up to 2009’s “Battlefield” was executive-produced by Salaam Remi, whose extensive resume includes works for Miguel [RCA], Ella Henderson [Syco], Leona Lewis [Island] and Nelly Furtado [Interscope].
Other album contributors are Crada (Alicia Keys, Emeli Sande), Victoria Monet (Ariana Grande, Fifth Harmony), DJ Mustard (Tinashe, Britney Spears), Elijah Blake (Usher, Justin Bieber) and Jonas Jeberg (Cassie, Nicki Minaj).
