Ferras has collaborated with Kid Harpoon on new material.

The British musician – real name Thomas Hull – recently co-wrote “What Kind of Man” for Florence and the Machine. The track appears on the rock band’s latest album, “How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful.”

Harpoon’s resume includes additional works with Christina Perri (“Burning Gold”), Years & Years (“Desire”), Birdy (“Light Me Up”), Eliza Doolittle (“Back Packing”) and Shakira (“Can’t Remember to Forget You”).

Meanwhile, Ferras is expected to release his sophomore album later this year through Metamorphosis Music and Capitol Records.

The still-untitled project boasts contributions from Babyface (Ariana Grande, Tamar Braxton), Sarah Hudson (Katy Perry, Rita Ora), Devonte Hynes (Carly Rae Jepsen, Sky Ferreira) and Maegan Cottone (Britney Spears, Little Mix).
