Melissa Steel has recorded new music Nicola Roberts and Diztortion.

“Creating with @TheDiztortion and @NicolaRoberts,” the British singer/songwriter tweeted on Monday (November 16, 2015).

Diztortion is a Dutch born record producer best known for his work with UK based artists such as Stylo G (“Soundbwoy”), Lethal Bizzle (“The Drop”), Tinie Tempah (“Peak”) and Sigma (“Redemption”).

Meanwhile, Roberts is responsible for co-writing Joel Compass’ “Girlfriends” [Outsiders Recorded Music], Cheryl’s “Throwback” [Polydor] and Little Mix’s “Going Nowhere” [Syco / Columbia].

As mentioned in earlier posts, Steel is scheduled to release her first studio collection – featuring singles “Kisses for Breakfast” and “You Love Me?” – next year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled LP boasts productions from Rodney Jerkins (Beyonce), Jerry Duplessis (Lauryn Hill), Knox Brown (Usher), Harmony Samuels (Ciara), Bless Beats (Jess Glynne), Di Genius (Emeli Sande) and Chris Loco (Rita Ora).
