Imani Williams has drafted Natasha Bedingfield for her debut project.

“So fun to write a song with this beautiful one. Imani is taking UK radio over as we speak. I can’t wait to hear what incredible Parker Ighile does with the production,” Bedingfield posted to her Instagram account.

On the songwriting front, Bedingfield’s resume boasts works with Brandy (“Fall”), Nicki Minaj (“Last Chance”), Jennifer Rush (“Betcha Never”), Charice (“Lighthouse”), and The Corrs (“Kiss of Life”).

She also teamed up with regular collaborators with Toby Gad and John Shanks on “Love Song to the Earth,” which is a special anthem for the United Nations Climate Summit 2014.

Williams, on the other hand, is expected to release her first studio project later this year through Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Lead single “Don’t Need No Money” – featuring the song’s producers Sigala and Blonde – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Other musicians backing Williams on her still-untitled debut project are TMS, Ali Tennant, Electric, Joy Deb, Michael Angelo, Chelcee Grimes, Bless Beats, Tre Jean-Marie, Becky Hill, and Red Triangle.
