Rachel Platten has added songwriter-record producer Jason Evigan to the list of contributors for her upcoming album.

Evigan’s recent credits include Boy Epic’s “Kanye’s in My Head,” Jon Bellion’s “Morning in America,” Kehlani’s “Gangsta,” Britney Spears’ “Liar,” Skylar Grey’s “Wreak Havoc,” and Nick Jonas’ “Bom Bidi Bom.”

He has also contributed to the next projects by Charlie Puth, Ella Eyre, Andy Grammer, Bebe Rexha, Chromeo, Julia Michaels, Enrique Iglesias, Louisa Johnson, Ella Henderson, Kiiara, and Jessie Reyez.

Meanwhile, Platten is expected to release her next studio collection later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The still-untitled project delivers additional productions and songwriting alliances with Leland (Daya, Troye Sivan), Jonas Jeberg (Zara Larsson, Selena Gomez) and Gian Stone (Dia Frampton, Khaya Cohen).

Platten’s previous studio collection, 2016’s “Wildfire,” peaked to number five on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned three singles in the shape of “Fight Song,” “Stand By You” and “Better Place.”
