Lauren Christy has hinted at a new collaboration with Jennifer Hudson.

“Had a blast yesterday writing with the supremely talented Jennifer Hudson and Jon Levine,” the British singer, songwriter, and record producer posted to Instagram on Thursday (January 26, 2017).

Christy’s songwriting credits include Bebe Rexha’s “I Got You,” G-Eazy’s “Me, Myself & I,” Iggy Azalea’s “Team,” Enrique Iglesias’ “Tonight (I’m Loving You),” Britney Spears’ “Shadow,” and Avril Lavigne’s “I’m With You.”

Alongside Canadian record producer and songwriter Jon “The Rabbi” Levine, Christy co-wrote Dua Lipa’s “Blow Your Mind (Mwah),” Bebe Rexha’s “I’m Gonna Show You Crazy,” and Leona Lewis’ “Your Hallelujah.”

Meanwhile, Hudson is expected to release her fourth studio collection later this year through Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records.

The still-untitled collection – which is executive-produced by Clive Davis and L.A. Reid – serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “JHUD,” which debuted at number ten on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “I Can’t Describe (The Way I Feel),” “Walk it Out,” “I Still Love You” and “It’s Your World.”

Fans of Christy’s songwriting works, on the other hand, should look out for the next releases by Jordan Smith, Kat Dahlia, Zara Larsson, Dagny, Cameron Dallas, and Ella Eyre.
