Jessie Ware has recorded new music with Starsmith for her upcoming album.
The British record producer and songwriter is known for helming Clean Bandit’s “Real Love”, Ellie Goulding’s “Starry Eyed,” Kylie Minogue’s “Put Your Hands Up,” Jess Glynne’s “Gave Me Something,” and Cheryl’s “Yeah Yeah.”
Starsmith’s extensive resume boasts further works with Tom Aspaul (“New Moon”), Joel Compass (“Vanilla”), Betty Who (“Better”), Kwabs (“Fight for Love”), M.O (“Preach”) and Ella Eyre (“Don’t Follow Me”).
Meanwhile, Ware is expected to release her third studio collection later this year via PMR Records and Island Records.
The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions from Benny Blanco, Two Inch Punch, Julian Bunetta, Andrew “Pop” Wansel, Emile Haynie, John Henry Ryan, Stephan Moccio, Fred Ball, and Samuel Dixon.
On the songwriting front, Ware has teamed up with Jamie Scott, Maureen “MoZella” McDonald, Ed Drewett, Julia Michaels, Ammar Malik, Rachel “Maiday” Moulden, and James Newman.
Ware’s previous studio collection, 2014’s “Tough Love,” peaked to number nine on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Champagne Kisses,” “You and I (Forever),” and the Ed Sheeran-assisted “Say You Love Me.”
Ware also co-penned “New Man” for Sheeran alongside Ammar Malik and Benjamin “Benny Blanco” Levin. The track appears on Sheeran’s upcoming album, “Divide,” out on March 10 via Atlantic Records.
