Marsha Ambrosius has teamed up with Benny Cassette for a new collaboration.

“If you know how amazing @MarshaAmrbrosius is, then you know how happy I was to have her come in and get on a record today,” the American music producer and songwriter tweeted on Saturday (February 04, 2017).

Cassette’s resume boasts credits with The Band Perry (“Stay in the Dark”), Mary Lambert (“Secrets”), Wynter Gordon (“Bleeding Out”), Stacy Barthe (“Live for Today”), Allen Stone (“Barbwire”), Moxie (“Dirty Lights”), Dev (“Honey Dip”), Lil Debbie (“California Sweetheart”) and Miguel (“NWA”).

Amongst the other artists Cassette has worked with are Elle Varner, Becky Hill, Kandace Springs, Raleigh Ritchie, Sevyn Streeter, Ferras, Keri Hilson, Jacob Banks, Pussy Riot, Lily Allen, Taylor Momsen, and Chloe x Halle.

Meanwhile, Ambrosius is expected to release her third studio collection later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers productions from Eric Hudson (Ne-Yo, Keyshia Cole), Harmony Samuels (Brandy, Kelly Rowland), Naughty Boy (Rihanna, Emeli Sande) and Focus (Amerie, Jennifer Lopez).

Ambrosius’ previous studio collection, 2014’s “Friends & Lovers,” debuted at number twelve on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned two singles in the shape of “Run” and “Stronger.”
