Nick Jonas has drafted Cass Lowe for his upcoming fourth album.
The British singer, songwriter, and record producer is known for his collaborations with Fifth Harmony (“Scared of Happy”), Sinead Harnett (“Anywhere But Here”), Cheryl (“Coming Up for Air”), Shola Ama (“Boyfriend”), AlunaGeorge (“I Remember”) and Snakehips (“Don’t Leave”).
Fans of Lowe’s work should also keep an eye on the next projects by Sam Smith, Lily Allen, Dagny, Alex Aiono, Ella Henderson, Anne-Marie, Clean Bandit, Astrid S, Diztortion, Stanaj, Charlie XCX, Kenzie May, Leona Lewis, Paloma Faith, Zak Abel, James Blunt, MØ, and David Guetta.
Meanwhile, Jonas is expected to release his next studio collection later this year via Safehouse Records and Island Records.
The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2016’s “Last Year Was Complicated,” which debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned four singles in the shape of “Champagne Problems,” “Under You,” “Close,” “Bacon” and “Chainsaw.”
As mentioned in earlier posts, Jonas has recorded a new song entitled “Bom Bidi Bom” for the original motion picture soundtrack, “Fifty Shades Darker.” The Nicki Mina-featuring track was co-written and produced by Breyan Isaac (Flo Rida, Charlie Puth) and Jason Evigan (Kehlani, Louis Tomlinson).
