BOOTS has hinted at a new collaboration with Kesha.
“I have worked with @KeshaRose and she is a wonderful, talented, funny and beautiful human being with a golden heart. I support and love her,” the American singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer tweeted.
BOOTS – real name Jordan Asher – first gained recognition for helming co-writing and co-producing “Blue,” “Haunted,” “Jealous,” “Heaven,” “Drunk in Love,” “No Angel” and “Partition” on Beyonce’s 2013 self-titled album, which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.
His other songwriting and production credits include FKA twigs’ “Figure 8,” Kelela’s “A Message,” Mikky Ekko’s “Pretend You Care,” Young Circles’ “Bones,” Run the Jewels’ “Early,” and Autolux’s “Hamster Suite.”
Meanwhile, Kesha is expected to release her next album later this year via Kemosabe Records in partnership with RCA Records.
The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions from Ricky Reed (Christina Aguilera), Stuart Crichton (Ferras), Captain Cuts (Bebe Rexha), Sacha Skarbek (Lana Del Rey) and Ryan Tedder (Ed Sheeran).
On the songwriting front, Kesha has worked with Taylor Parks (Alicia Keys), Chelcee Grimes (Calvin Harris), Stephen Wrabel (Ellie Goulding) and Justin Tranter (Britney Spears).
BOOTS’ sophomore album “Aquaria,” on the other hand, is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.
