Chelcee Grimes has teased a new collaboration with American singer/songwriter Kara DioGuardi and Danish producer Mich “Cutfather” Hansen.

“Back on the road. Travelling to Copenhagen in the morning to write with my faves @cutfather & Co & @kara_dioguardi for my album,” the British singer/songwriter tweeted on Sunday (March 05, 2017).

DioGuardi previously teamed with Cutfather on tracks performed by Raven Symone / Peter Andre (“What is Love?), Olly Murs (“Unpredictable”) and Matoma & Becky Hill (“False Alarm”).

The former American Idol judge’s songwriting resume boasts further works with Kelly Clarkson (“Heartbeat Song”), Melanie Martinez (“Pity Party”), Colbie Caillat (“Begin Again”), Hilary Duff (“Come Clean”), Katy Perry (“I Do Not Hook Up”), Christina Aguilera (“Ain’t No Other Man”) and Pink (“Sober”).

Meanwhile, Cutfather is also responsible for producing Kylie Minogue’s “Get Outta My Way,” Little Mix’s “Nothing Else Matters,” Calum Scott’s “Rhythm Inside,” Alex Newell’s “Keep it Moving,” Fleur East’s “Know Your Name,” Melanie C’s “Think About It,” and Digital Farm Animals’ “Digital Love.”

Grimes, on the other hand, is expected to release her first studio collection later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Label Group UK.

As a songwriter, she has reportedly contributed to the next projects by Anne-Marie, Dua Lipa, Rita Ora, Sigma, Kesha, Imani Williams, Aston Merrygold, KStewart, Sigala, Mollie King, Becky Hill, Camden Cox, Karen Harding, Tamera Foster, Melissa Steel, and Calvin Harris.

Grimes’ songwriting credits include Kylie Minogue’s “Million Miles,” The Saturdays’ “Walking Through the Desert,” Sweet California’s “Down With Ya,” BOA’s “First Time,” Louisa Johnson’s “So Good,” Stanaj’s “Romantic,” Olly Murs’ “Deeper,” and Chris Lane’s “All the Time.”
