Laura Dockrill has teased a new collaboration with Foxes.
“Having such a good day writing with the actual spirit animal @iamfoxes,” the British performance poet, short story author, and songwriter tweeted.
Dockrill’s songwriting resume boasts works with JONES (“Becoming”), Courage x Lao Ra (“Wild at Heart”), Jessie Ware (“Sweet Talk”), Anne-Marie (“Karate”), Blonde x Ryan Ashley (“Foolish”), Javeon (“Give Up”) MNEK (“More than a Miracle”), Dornik (“Drive”) and Joker x Jessie Ware (“The Vision”).
She has also teamed up with producers including Future Cut, Andrew “Pop” Wansel, JProof, FLIP, Bradford Ellis, Josh Record, Tourist, Julio Bashmore, Two Inch Punch, Felix Joseph, and Jacob Attwooll.
Meanwhile, Foxes – real name Louisa Allen – is expected to drop her third album – featuring further contributions from Jim Eliot and Jonny Harris – later this year via Sign of the Times / Epic / RCA Records.
The still-untitled project follows 2016’s “All I Need,” which peaked to number twelve on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles “Body Talk,” “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now,” “Better Love,” “Amazing,” and “Cruel.”
Fans of Dockrill’s songwriting works, on the other hand, should keep an eye on the next releases by Ava Lily, DAKOTA, Betsy, Dua Lipa, Karen Harding, Jorja Smith, JONES, Fanny Anderson, Liv Dawson, and Anne-Marie.
