British singer/songwriter DAKOTA (born Sophie Elton) has drafted Evan “Kidd” Bogart for a new collaboration.
The American music executive, television producer, music publisher and songwriter is responsible for co-penning Beyonce’s “Halo,” Rihanna’s “SOS,” Madonna’s “Ghosttown,” Britney Spears’ “Love Me Down,” Jason Derulo’s “It Girl,” Keyshia Cole’s “This is Us,” Livvi Franc’s “Autoamtik,” Brandy’s “Right Here (Departed),” and Leona Lewis’ “Happy.”
Bogart’s extensive resume boasts further works with top producers Fraser T. Smith, Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem, Rodney Jerkins, Greg Wells, Jason Evigan, Ryan Tedder, Noel Zancanella, Supa Dups, RedOne, Jake Gosling, Emanuel Kiriakou, Jim Jonsin, Wayne Wilkins, Mike Dean, Alex Da Kid, Ricky Reed, Brian Kennedy, Chuck Harmony, and The Invisible Men.
Meanwhile, DAKOTA is expected to release her first studio collection – featuring “Long Hot Summer” and “Lonely Like the Fool” – later this year via 70Hz Recordings in partnership with Virgin EMI Records.
