Mahalia Burkmar hits the studio with GRADES, Kuya Productions

British singer/songwriter Mahalia Burkmar has recorded new music with electronic dance music producer GRADES and Bobby Brass and Sammy G of Canadian pop production duo Kuya Productions.

GRADES – born Daniel Traynor – is responsible for producing Khalid Robinson’s “Winter,” Tove Lo’s “Lies in the Dark,” Sinead Harnett’s “If You Let Me,” Tinie Tempah’s “Text from Your Ex,” Aanysa’s “Burn Break Crash,” DJ Snake’s “Here Comes the Night,” Fantasia’s “Wait for You,” Tom Aspaul’s “Never Complaining,” Karen Harding’s “Those Girls,” and NAO’s “Bad Blood.”

Meanwhile, notable credits by Kuya Productions include Little Mix’s “F.U.,” Alessia Cara’s “Here,” Kandi Burruss’ “I Just Know,” Kreesha Turner’s “There,” Nicole Scherzinger’s “Blow,” Keshia Chante’s “Together,” Jesse McCartney’s “Rock You,” and Shawn Desman’s “Shook.”

Mahalia’s debut studio collection “Diary of Me” – featuring promotional singles “Back Up Plan” and “Silly Girl” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

That album also boasts contributions from Sam Romans (Alicia Keys, Craig David), Richard Woodcraft (Michael Kiwanuka, Christine and the Queens), Boi-1da (Drake, John Legend) and Nineteen85 (Jessie Ware, Majid Jordan).
