Kelly Clarkson has reunited with MoZella for her upcoming eighth album.
The American singer and recording artist – real name Maureen McDonald – previously co-wrote “Take You High” for Clarkson alongside the song’s producer and regular collaborator Jesse Shatkin.
MoZella’s songwriting resume boasts further works with Madonna (“Living for Love”), Tinashe (“Feels Like Vegas”), Miley Cyrus (“Wrecking Ball”), James Blunt (“California”), Lea Michele (“Anything’s Possible”), Mary Lambert (“Secrets”), Ellie Goulding (“Don’t Panic”), Rihanna (“Dancing in the Dark”), Charlie Puth (“One Call Away”), Rachel Platten (“Speechless”) and One Direction (“Perfect”).
Meanwhile, Clarkson’s next studio collection will arrive later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.
The follow-up to 2015’s “Piece By Piece” reportedly delivers additional alliances with Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem, Priscilla Renea, Diztortion, Molly Kate Kestner, Nick Ruth, and Jason Halbert.
Fans of MoZella’s songwriting works, on the other hand, should keep an eye on the next projects by Carly Rae Jepsen, Bebe Rexha, Calum Scott, Pia Mia, Christina Perri, Krewella, Louisa Johnson, Conrad Sewell, Kieza, Jessie Ware, Dua Lipa, Ella Henderson, Jaquie Lee, Phoebe Ryan, Kenzie May, Noah Cyrus, Mollie King, JP Cooper, Paloma Faith, and The Chainsmokers.
