TLC have confirmed the details for their new single.

The American girl group christened “Way Back” – featuring Snoop Dogg – as the lead single from their upcoming album and will release it on April 14 via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by group member T-Boz – real name Tionne Watkins – alongside James “JHart” Abrahart, whose credits include Jake Miller’s “Good Thing,” Zara Larsson’s “I Would Like,” Charlie Puth’s “Dangerously,” Little Mix’s “Power,” Justin Bieber’s “Company,” and Rita Ora’s “Body on Me.”

Production duties on “Way Back” were handled by Dernst “D’Mile” Emile, who is also responsible for LeToya Luckett’s “I’m Ready,” Usher’s “Mind of a Man,” Jordin Sparks’ “Casual Love,” Daye Jack’s “Supernatural,” Wynter Gordon’s “Back to You,” Mack Wilds’ “Go Crazy,” and Ariana Grande’s “Moonlight.”

As mentioned in various media outlets, TLC’s final studio collection – which was executive produced by Ron Fair – will arrive on June 30.

The follow-up to 2002’s “3D” reportedly delivers additional alliances with Dallas Austin (Madonna, Janet Jackson), Makeba Riddick (Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez), Kwame Holland (Fantasia, Christina Aguilera), Rock City (Ciara, Kelly Rowland) and Candice Pillay (Rihanna, Christina Aguilera).
