Craig David drafts Eyelar Mirzazadeh for new collaboration

Craig David has drafted Norwegian singer/songwriter Eyelar Mirzazadeh, professionally known as Eyelar, for a new collaboration.

Eyelar is known for her co-penning Taya’s “Got Me Wondering,” Charli XCX’s “After the Afterparty,” Redlight’s “Here with Me,” Diztortion’s “I’ll Be There,” Yellow Claw’s “Catch Me,” and R3hab’s “Get Up.”

Her extensive resume boasts additional works with producers and fellow songwriters including Luke Fitton, Karen Poole, Fred Ball, Chelsea Lena, Arrow Benjamin, Shola Ama, Diztortion, Chiara Hunter, Toddla T, Nicola Roberts, Jonny Coffer, MNEK, James Newman, Knightstarr, and Stargate.

Meanwhile, David is expected to release his next studio collection, which serves as the follow-up to 2016’s “Following My Intuition,” later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / Insanity Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further alliances with Tre Jean-Marie (Maverick Sabre), Negin Djafari (Louisa Johnson), Diztortion (Sasha Keable), Caroline Ailin (Dua Lipa), Nineteen85 (Drake), Max McElligott (Saz Close), Dave Tozer (John Legend), Talay Riley (Usher), Ed Drewett (Britney Spears) and Sam Dew (Taylor Swift).

Fans of Eyelar’s songwriting works, on the other hand, should keep an eye on the next releases by RAYE, Kyla Smith, Macy Maloy, Tinashe, Anne-Marie, Rita Ora, Kylie Minogue, Liza Owen, Clean Bandit, AYDEN, Kara Marni, LOVELLE, Ella Henderson, HIRA, Grace Sewell, KStewart, and Sigma.
