Stargate hit the studio with Tiwa Savage

Tor Hermansen and Mikkel Eriksen of Stargate have teamed up with Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress Tiwa Savage for a new collaboration.

Recent credits by the Norwegian songwriting and production duo include OneRepublic’s “No Vacancy,” Bebe Rexha’s “Bad Bitch,” Julia Michaels’ “Issues,” Zara Larsson’s “Sundown,” Shakira’s “Try Everything,” Gwen Stefani’s “Asking for It,” Charli XCX’s “After the Afterparty,” Sofia Carson’s “Back to Beautiful,” and AlunaGeorge’s “Hold Your Head High.”

Stargate’s extensive resume boasts further works with songwriters Phillip “Taj” Jackson, Eyelar Mirzazadeh, Ross Golan, Priscilla Renea, Johnta Austin, Amanda Ghost, Ian Dench, Makeba Riddick, Sam Romans, Ester Dean, Justin Tranter, Andrea Martin, Jasper Cameron, Kristal Oliver, LaShawn Daniels, Sarah Hudson, Harold Lilly, Arama Brown, Sean “The Pen” Garrett, and Cathy Dennis.

Meanwhile, Savage’s songwriting credits include Monica’s “Catch Me,” Kenny Lattimore’s “Built to Last,” Chrisette Michele’s “A Couple of Forevers,” Fantasia Barrino’s “Cornbread and Collard Greens,” Miranda Brooke’s “Hater,” Jaicko’s “Oh Yeah,” and Kat DeLuna’s “Push Push.”

The Roc Nation signee, born Tiwatope Savage-Balogun, has also worked with producers including Warren “Oak” Felder, Harmony “H-Money” Samuels, Shama “Sak Pase” Joseph, Taurian “Adonis” Shropshire, Brian Kennedy, Nasri Atweh, Dapo Tormiro, Supa Dups, and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds.

Her latest album “R.E.D.” – featuring singles “Standing Ovation,” “If I Start to Talk” and “Rewind” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
