LEON has confirmed the details for her new promotional single.

The Swedish singer/songwriter (born Lotta Louise Lindgren) has christened “Surround Me” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming project and will release it on July 7th via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Wrabel, whose other credits include Afrojack’s “Ten Feet Tall,” Ellie Goulding’s “Devotion,” Rozzi Crane’s “Crazy Ass Bitch,” Katharine McPhee’s “Break,” Prince Royce’s “Kiss Kiss,” Adam Lambert’s “Nirvana,” and Lea Michele’s “Run to You.”

Production duties on “Surround Me” were collectively handled Jon Mills and Kurtis “K9” McKenzie of The Arcade, who are also responsible for Maroon 5’s “Don’t Wanna Know,” Bipolar Sunshine’s “Are You Happy,” Khalid’s “Cold Blooded,” Iggy Azalea’s “Beg for It,” and G-Eazy’s “Calm Down.”

LEON’s upcoming project, on the other hand, is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records. The still-untitled collection follows 2015’s and 2017’s EPs, “Treasure” and “For You,” respectively.
