British singer/songwriter Mabel has recorded new music with Dan Caplen and Jordan Riley. It is yet to be known, however, whether the session was intended for a future Caplen release or McVey’s upcoming debut album.

Caplen’s current promotional single “Flat Champagne,” which features guest vocals from Ray BLK, is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

In addition to “Flat Champagne,” Riley co-wrote and produced several songs that are slotted for inclusion on Caplen’s next project under Atlantic Records UK including “Got a lot to Learn,” “Hoops,” “Hymn for Life,” “Prove,” “Take Them Blows” and “We Ain’t Hiding Nothing.”

Mabel’s debut album, on the other hand, is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Marlon Roudette (Liam Payne), RAYE (Charli XCX), Joel Compass (FKA twigs), MNEK (Dua Lipa), Negin Djafari (Anne-Marie), Tre Jean-Marie (Craig David), GRADES (Jess Glynne), Levi Lennox (Sam Smith), Jean Baptiste Kouame (Madonna) and Arnthor Birgisson (Leona Lewis).
