British singer/songwriter Craig David has teamed with Carmen Reece and Dan Smith of Bastille for a new collaboration.

In addition to his role as the lead singer, primary songwriter, and founder of the British rock band Bastille; Smith has also written and produced songs for other artists including Foxes (“Better Love”), Rag’n’Bone Man (“Lay My Body Down”), Ella Eyre (“Drop It”), Madeon (“La Lune”), Celeste Waite (“Day Dreaming”) and Naughty Boy (“No One’s Here to Sleep”).

Meanwhile, Reece’s songwriting resume boasts works with La’Porsha Renae (“Hideout”), Stanaj (“Bad Woman”), K. Michelle (“Make the Bed”), Nathan Sykes (“Over and Over Again”), Sabina Ddumba (“Not Too Young”), Teyana Taylor (“Put Your Love On”) and Ariana Grande (“Right There”).

David, on the other hand, is expected to release his upcoming seventh studio collection later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK in partnership with Speakerbox / Insanity Records.

The still-untitled project follows 2016’s “Following My Intuition,” which topped the UK Albums Chart and spawned contributions from TMS (“Change My Love”), Dave Tozer (“All We Needed”), Kaytranada (“Sink or Swim”), Ed Drewett (“Couldn’t Be Mine”) and Tre Jean-Marie (“One More Time”).
