Justine Skye has announced the details for her new promotional single.
The American singer/songwriter dubbed “Don’t Think About It” as her next promotional cut and will release it on October 13 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
The track was co-written by Rachel “Raye” Keen alongside Roc Nation signee Sam Romans, whose other credits include Craig David’s “Heartline,” Noah Cyrus’ “I’m Stuck,” Clean Bandit’s “Tears,” Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt,” AlunaGeorge’s “I’m in Control,” and Kwabs’ “Father Figure.”
Production duties on “Don’t Think About It” were handled by TMS, who are also responsible for Ghosted’s “Get Some,” Craig David’s “Change My Love,” Dua Lipa’s “Bad Together,” Maroon 5’s “Denim Jacket,” Zac Samuels’ “Play it Cool,” Paloma Faith’s “I’ll Be Gentle,” and Niall Horan’s “On My Own.”
Skye’s upcoming debut album – featuring previous promotional singles “U Don’t Know,” “Flames” and “Back for More” – is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Roc Nation Records.
