British singer/songwriter Rita Ekwere, professionally known as Ray BLK, has teamed up with fellow recording artist Tamera Foster for a new collaboration.
“Making sweet music with Parker Ighile and Ray Blk,” Foster posted to her InstaStory on Saturday (October 14, 2017).
It is yet to be known whether the session was intended for a future BLK release or Foster’s upcoming debut album.
As a songwriter, Foster co-wrote “Don’t Want You Back” for Kieza and Bakermat alongside Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett and Komi Al-Hakam.
Her extensive resume boasts additional works with top producers and songwriters including The Electric (“Mirror My Love”), Chelcee Grimes (“Turn it Up Overnight”), Knightstarr (“Mama Used to Say”), Balistiq (“Let Me In”), Andrew Stewart-Jones (“Neverland”) and Tom Aspaul (“Golden Shackles”).
Meanwhile, BLK’s upcoming project – featuring current promotional single “Doing Me” – is scheduled to arrive later this year via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further contributions from Snakehips, Evan “Kidd” Bogart, Chris Loco, Moon Willis, Paul Epworth, Cass Lowe, MNEK, Jax Jones, Two Inch Punch, Courage, and Jordan Riley.
