Wow! Wotta an album and so worth the wait – perfect for curling up in front of a roaring fire with a large vino and absorbing Alexandra’s soaring vocals – such a classy singer and really showing her amazing range and talent off with this album.
Shades of Mach Gray on the self penned opener “All the things you are” followed by the current so catchy hit “Shadow”.
The title track is definitely for the headphones and concentrating on those lyrics – as are so many of this collection and can’t wait to hear her deliver these on the autumn tour!
Love “In the rain” but “”Say we’ll meet again” is spine tingling…. even though Ronan Keating sounds rather strained on the higher key – but a future single of note!
Overall not a duff track- an album that really needs listening with that “grow on you” factor very evident – every hearing brings out something new which is most evident on the last track “Without You”- the words really reach out and grab your heart strings, and the voice
Well words fail you – brilliant job Alexandra and Gordon Mills Jnr – class act – thank you!
