Diana Gordon has reunited with Diplo for a new collaboration.
The American singer/songwriter (formerly known as Wynter Gordon) previously co-wrote and provided guest vocals on the track “Keep Cool,” taken from Major Lazer’s sophomore album “Free the Universe.”
Born Thomas Wesley Pentz; Diplo is also known for producing cuts performed by Beyonce (“All Night Long”), Sia (“Elastic Heart”), Britney Spears (“Passenger”), The Weeknd (“Nothing Without You”), Madonna (“Unapologetic Bitch), Chris Brown (“X”) and Justin Bieber (“Where Are U Now?”).
Meanwhile, Gordon’s next project – featuring further contributions from Chris Loco, Dev Hynes and Justin Tranter – is expected to arrive later this year.
Her current promotional single “Woman” – which was co-written by Kevin Cossom and Jaramye Daniels and collectively produced by Illangelo and Noise Club – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
As a songwriter, Gordon’s resume boasts works with Beyonce (“Sorry”), Mary J. Blige (“Gonna Breakthrough”), Jennifer Lopez (“Starting Over”), Ciara (“Livin’ it Up”), David Guetta (“Toyfriend”), Rebecca Ferguson (“Without a Woman”), Somewhere Else (“Uh Huh”) and Chloe x Halle (“The Kids Are Alright”).
