Tanika has premiered the music video for her new single online.
The visual clip for “No Man is An Island” was posted to Link Up TV’s YouTube channel on Friday (July 20, 2018).
The track was produced by Richard “P2J” Isong, whose other credits include June Diary’s “Take Me,” Lily Allen’s “Higher,” Mullally’s “Sweet Coffee,” Tiwa Savage’s “Get it Now,” and Chris Brown’s “Covered in You.”
As mentioned in earlier posts, Tanika’s upcoming debut album, tentatively entitled “Birthdays in Jamaica,” featuring previous singles “Come Through” and “Kingston 13,” is expected to arrive later this year.
She’s also set to appear on the movie “The Intent 2,” for which she recorded new music as well. Her song “Up Hill Battle,” which was co-written and produced by Youthonix, appears on the original motion picture soundtrack “The Intent.”
Tanika also co-wrote “Without You” for fellow recording artist Alexandra Burke alongside regular collaborators Moses Samuels and Michael Akinkuni of songwriting/production duo Sons of Sonix.
