Alina Baraz has enlisted Skylar Grey and Jason Evigan for a new collaboration.
Besides releasing two albums in the shape of “Don’t Look Down” and “Natural Causes,” Grey has also penned songs for Rihanna (“Love the Way You Lie”), T.I. (“Castle Walls”), Kehlani (“Gangsta”) and Diddy (“Coming Home”).
Meanwhile, Evigan’s recent production credits include Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You,” Chromeo’s “Must’ve Been,” Keith Urban’s “Same Heart,” Bebe Rexha’s “Ferrari,” Rachel Platten’s “Whole Heart,” Charlie Puth’s “LA Girls,” Sofia Carson’s “Ins and Outs,” and Fifth Harmony’s “Lonely Night.”
Baraz, on the other hand, is expected to release her next project – delivering further contributions from Stint, Hue “SoundzFire” Strother, J Mills, Michael Pollack, and The Stereotypes – later this year.
Her current mini-album “The Color of You” – featuring “I Don’t Even Know Why Though” and the Khalid-assisted “Floating” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.
