RuthAnne has announced the details for her new single.
The Irish singer/songwriter (also known as Ruth-Anne Cunningham) christened “It Is What It Is” as her next promotional cut and will release it on November 16 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.
The track was co-written by Fraser T. Smith, whose recent credits include Craig David’s “I Know You,” Raye’s “Decline,” Calum Scott’s “You Are the Reason,” Dakota’s “Hate Loving You,” and Nina Nesbitt’s “Loyal to Me.”
RuthAnne is currently working on her debut album, which features previous singles “Liquid” (Mark Jackson, Ian Scott, Cadenza), “Take My Place” (Heidi Rojas, Future Cut) and “The Vow” (Julian Bunetta, AftrHrs, Future Cut).
As a songwriter, RuthAnne has penned songs for Jojo (“Too Little, Too Late”), Katharine McPhee (“Over It”), Leona Lewis (“Perfection”), Britney Spears (“Work Bitch”) and Niall Horan (“Slow Hands”).
