Anne-Marie has reunited with Fred Ball for a new collaboration.
Ball previously produced and co-wrote “Some People” for Anne-Marie alongside Jennifer Decilveo. The track appears on Anne-Marie’s debut album, “Speak Your Mind,” which is out now via Major Tom’s Music / Asylum Records.
The Norwegian Grammy-nominated record producer is also responsible for Mariah Carey’s “One Mo ‘Gen,” Jessie Reyez’s “Apple Juice,” Rihanna’s “Love on the Brain,” Toni Braxton’s “Deadwood,” Justine Skye’s “Heaven,” Zara Larsson’s “One Mississipi,” and Jessie Ware’s “Slow Me Down.”
Meanwhile, Anne-Marie is expected to release her sophomore album later this year. The still-untitled project follows 2018’s “Speak Your Mind,” which peaked to number three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles “Alarm,” “Then,” “Heavy,” “Friends,” “2002” and “Perfect.”
Fans of Fred Ball’s songwriting and production works should also keep an eye on the next releases by Madonna, Charli XCX, Ray BLK, Grace Carter, Laura Mvula, Elise Kasai, Harloe, Mae Muller, Era Istrefi, Roses Gabor, Mullally, Carly Rae Jepsen, Pixie Lott, Dan Caplen, and Arlissa.
