Amanda Reifer teams up with Jonah Christian, Marcus James for new collaboration

Bajan singer/songwriter Amanda Reifer has teamed up with Marcus James and Jonah Christian for a new collaboration.

James recently co-wrote “I Want You Around,” “Find Someone Like You,” “Charleville 9200, Pt. II,” “Enjoy,” “Nothing to Me” and “Peace,” taken from Snoh Aalegra’s debut album, “Ugh, Those Feels Again.”

Meanwhile, Christian is responsible for producing and co-writing Normani’s “Waves” (featuring 6LACK), Lil Wayne’s “Dark Side of the Moon” (featuring Nicki Minaj), Mahalia’s “Simmer” (featuring Burna Boy), SiR’s “New LA” (featuring Anderson Paak & King Mez) and Snoh Aalegra’s “Find Someone Like You.”

Reifer’s current promotional single “Bang Bang” – which was produced by Charlie Heat – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Reifer’s upcoming debut project – featuring previous singles “Girl Like Me,” “Ransom” and “Haunt You” – is expected to arrive later this year.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts additional alliances with Banx & Ranx (Dua Lipa, Craig David), Diztortion (Sasha Keable, Melissa Steel), Boi-1da (Drake, Lana Del Rey), Supa Dups (Pia Mia, Bruno Mars) and Deputy (Rihanna, Nicole Scherzinger).

As a songwriter, Reifer recently co-wrote “Title” for Kiana Lede alongside Lisa Scinta, Alec King, Andre “Bizness Boi” Robertson, Brandon “B. Ham” Hamlin, Vaidel “Smurv” Vidal, and Zachary “Ekzakt” Perry.

Brandy returns with new single “Freedom Rings”

American singer, songwriter, and actress Brandy Norwood (known mononymously as Brandy) has released her new single online.

“Freedom Rings” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Brandy alongside Coleridge “Sebastian Kole” Tillman (Usher, Lauren Jauregui), Jeffrey “Jeff Gitty” Gitelman (Kali Uchis, Trey Songz) and Ryan M. Tedder (Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown).

Brandy’s next album – which serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “”Two Eleven” – is expected to arrive later this year via Brand Nu / eOne Music.

The still-untitled collection reportedly features additional alliances with The Neptunes, Stacy Barthe, Angel, Prince Charlez, Kaydence, Sir Charles, Delisha Thomas, Kristal Oliver, Darhyl Camper, Big Shiz, and Harvey Mason Jr.

Kara Marni confirms details for new project “No Logic”

Kara Marni has confirmed the details for her upcoming project.

The British singer/songwriter christened her second EP “No Logic” and will release it on October 11 via Access Records.

Current promotional single “All Night, Pt. II” – which was co-written by Jessica “Harloe” Karpov alongside Jason Pebworth, George Astasio and Jonathan Shave of Invisible Men – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project, which serves as the follow-up to 2018’s “Love Just Ain’t Enough,” reportedly features additional alliances with Chiara Hunter, Dayyon Alexander, Autumn Rowe, Jay Mooncie, Ruth-Anne Cunningham, Mike Woods, Carmen Reece, Che Pope, and Sons of Sonix.

Maeta teams with Livvi Franc, Fred Ball for new single “Babygirl”

American singer/songwriter Maeta Hall, known mononymously as Maeta, has released her new promotional single online.

“Babygirl” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Olivia “Livvi Franc” Waithe, whose other credits include Rihanna’s “What Now,” Britney Spears’ “Trouble for Me,” Ciara’s “Overdose,” Selena Gomez’s “Save the Day,” Leona Lewis’ “Shake You Up,” Kelly Clarkson’s “The War is Over,” and Zara Larsson’s “What They Say.”

Production duties on “Babygirl” were handled by Fred Ball, whose other credits include Toni Braxton’s “Please,” Mariah Carey’s “One Mo ‘Gen,” Raye’s “Love Me Again,” Justine Skye’s “Heaven,” Zara Larsson’s “One Mississippi,” Roses Gabor’s “Turkish Delight,” and Jessie Ware’s “Slow Me Down.”

Maeta’s debut project – featuring previous single “Be Mine” (which was also co-written by Livvi Franc alongside Arin Ray and Derrus Rachel and produced by Jason Pounds) – is expected to arrive later this year via Roc Nation Records.

Sinead Harnett has released her debut album online.

“Lessons in Love” – featuring singles “Pulling Away,” “Leo Bear,” “By Myself,” “Lessons” and “If You Let Me” – is now available iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts contributions from Monro, JD. Reid, Autumn Rowe, Maths Time Joy, Dan Diggas, Hayley Gene Penner, Stint, Cass Lowe, Katy B, Grades, J. Warner, and MXXWLL.

Harnett also co-wrote “Breaking Back Together” (alongside Adam Argyle and Michael Angelo) and “Giving You Up” (alongside Iain James and Phil Cook), taken from Louise’s upcoming fourth album, “Heavy Love,” which will arrive on 17 January 2020 Lil Lou Records / Warner Records.

Sabrina Claudio has dropped her new single online.

“Truth Is” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was collectively helmed by Claudio alongside Julia Michaels (Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato), Stephan Moccio (Celine Dion, The Weeknd), Kaveh Rastegar (Ciara, Bruno Mars), Mikhail “Sad Money” Beltran (Khalid, Chloe x Halle) and Ajay “Stint” Bhattacharyya (Gallant, Sinead Harnett).

Claudio’s upcoming debut album of the same name – featuring previous singles “Holding the Gun,” “On My Shoulders” and “As Long As You’re Asleep” – is scheduled to arrive on October 4th via SC Entertainment / Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to 2018’s “No Rain, No Flowers” reportedly boasts further contributions from Black Coffee, Lisa Scinta, Mike Woods, Tayla Parx, Junior Oliver Frid, Harloe, Michael Malih, and Rice N’ Peas.

British singer/songwriter Abi Ocia has released her new single online.

“Easy to Love” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Ocia alongside regular collaborator Mkulu, who previously teamed up with the artist on singles “Konfyt,” “Running” and “Expo.”

“Easy to Love” also marks the first promotional cut from Ocia’s upcoming debut EP, whose title and release date is yet to be announced.
