British singer/songwriter Jorja Smith has recorded new music with Ronald “Flippa” Colson.
The American record producer’s resume boasts works with Rihanna (“Numb”), Chris Brown (“Bassline”), Nicki Minaj (“Right By My Side”), Usher (“Good Kisser”), K. Michelle (“Something About the Night”), Miguel (“Leaves”), H.E.R. (“Take You There”) and YBN Cordae (“Have Mercy”).
Meanwhile, Smith is currently working on her upcoming sophomore album under FAMM. The still-untitled project follows 2018’s “Lost & Found,” which debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles “The One,” “Blue Lights,” “February 3rd,” and “On Your Own.”
Smith’s most recent single “Be Honest” – which was co-written by fellow recording artist Amira “Miraa May” Benameur and collectively produced by Oliver “Cadenza” Rodigan and Andron “IzyBeats” Cross – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.
