Jorja Smith has enlisted Dre Skull for a new collaboration.
The American musician (born Andrew Hershey) recently produced and co-wrote “Bad Behaviour” for Polydor recording artist Mabel McVey. The track appears on Mabel’s debut studio album, “High Expectations,” which peaked to number three on the UK Albums Chart.
Dre Skull’s resume boasts additional works with Burna Boy (“Show & Tell”), Drake’s (“Too Much”), PartyNextDoor (“Not Nice”), Justine Skye (“Maybe”), Santigold (“Crashing Your Party”), Lily Allen (“What You Waiting For”), Wiz Kid (“Daddy Yo”), Tkay Maidza (“Follow Me”) and Popcaan (“Silence”).
Meanwhile, Smith is currently working on new music with Ronald “Flippa” Colson (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj), Jeff Gitty (Tori Kelly, Lianne La Havas), Marlon Roudette (Jada Kingdom, Zara Larsson) and P2J (Jaz Karis, Tanika Bailey).
Her recent single “Be Honest” – which was co-written by fellow recording artist Amira “Miraa May” Benameur and collectively produced by Oliver “Cadenza” Rodigan and Andron “IzyBeats” Cross – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
