Emeli Sande reveals tracklisting, release date for new project

Scottish singer/songwriter Emeli Sande has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming mini-album, “Kingdom Coming,” which will arrive on November 3rd via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

Current promotional single “Starlight” – which was produced by Carlo “Illangelo” Montagnese – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the follow-up to 2016’s “Long Live the Angels,” Sande has also worked with Craze & Hoax (Kwabs, Maverick Sabre), Rachet (Stormzy, Wretch 32), Wesley Muoria-Chaves (Grace, Tom Walker), Shakaveli (Mary J. Blige, Naughty Boy).

Craig David has announced the details for his new single.

The British singer/songwriter dubbed “For the Gram” as the second promotional cut from his upcoming seventh album “The Time is Now” and will release it on October 5th via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “For the Gram” were handled by Diztortion (real name Raoul Chen), whose resume boasts additional works with Taya (“When You’re Sober”), Sigma (“Redemption”), Melissa Steel (“I’ll Be There”), Ina Wroldsen (“Mad Love”) and Sasha Keable (“Put Your Love on Me”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, “The Time is Now” – featuring the Sam Romans-assisted / Jonas Blue-produced lead promotional single “Heartline” – will arrive on January 26, 2018 via Sony Music Entertainment UK in partnership with Speakerbox/Insanity Records.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Following My Intuition” boasts further songwriting contributions from Carmen Reece (Tamar Braxton), Ed Drewett (Sinead Harnett), Rachel Furner (Frances) and Talay Riley (Keri Hilson).

On the production front, David has also worked with Chase & Status (Emeli Sande), Tre Jean-Marie (Mabel McVey), Steve Mac (Jess Glynne), MNEK (Kylie Minogue), Fraser T. Smith (Bebe Rexha) and Kaytranada (Alicia Keys).

Rachel Platten confirms title, release date for new album

Rachel Platten has confirmed the title and release date for her new album.

The American singer-songwriter christened her second major-label album “Waves” and will release it on October 27 via Columbia Records.

Current single “Broken Glass” – which was co-written by Nate Cyphert and Jarrad Rogers with co-production duties by Tor Hermansen and Mikkel Eriksen of Swedish production duo Stargate – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Wildfire” boasts further productions from Jon Levine (Bebe Rexha), Ryan Tedder (Adele), Zach Skelton (Camila Cabello), Ian Kirkpatrick (Dua Lipa), Mick Schultz (Rihanna), Jason Evigan (Julia Michaels), Warren “Oak” Felder (Demi Lovato) and Jonas Jeberg (Selena Gomez).

Among the songwriters expected to appear on the album are Asia Whiteacre (Carly Rae Jepsen), Sean Douglas (Madonna), Fransisca Hall (Ella Eyre), Johnny McDaid (Zara Larsson), Leland (Sabrina Carpenter), Evan “Kidd” Bogart (Christina Milian) and Scott Harris (Melanie Martinez).

Sevyn Streeter schedules release date for debut album “Girl Disrupted”

American singer/songwriter Amber Streeter, professionally known as Sevyn Streeter, is scheduled to release her debut album “Girl Disrupted” on July 7 via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Current promotional single “Fallen” – featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Cam Wallace – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly delivers further alliances with Shondrae “Bangaldesh” Crawford (Kesha, Teyana Taylor), Christopher “Tricky” Stewart (Beyonce, Kelly Rowland), Sean “The Pen” Garrett (Usher, Mary J. Blige) and Christopher “Drumma Boy” Gholson (Goapele, Chris Brown).

Streeter’s songwriting credits, on the other hand, include K. Cashmere Cat has revealed the release date for his upcoming debut album.

The Norwegian DJ and record producer – born Magnus Hoiberg – will release “9” on April 28 via Mad Love Records and Interscope Records.

Current promotional single “9 (After Coachella)” – featuring Danish singer/songwriter MØ – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Mary J. Blige confirms release date for new album “Strength of a Woman”

American R&B singer/songwriter Mary J. Blige has confirmed April 28 as the release date for her upcoming album, “Strength of a Woman,” which will be distributed via Universal Music Group / Capitol Records.

Current single “U + Me (Love Lesson)” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Seven songs on the follow-up to 2014’s “The London Sessions” were produced by Brandon “B.A.M.” Hodge, whose credits include Kandace Springs’ “Love Got in the Way,” Sevyn’s “Shoulda Been There,” Ne-Yo’s “Congratulations,” K. Michelle’s “Love ‘Em All,” and Trey Songz’s “What’s Best for You.”

Charlotte OC has confirmed the details for her upcoming album.

The British singer/songwriter christened her second album “Careless People” and will release it on March 31 via Harvest Records.

Current promotional singles “Blackout” and “Darkest Hour” are now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2011’s “For Kenny” delivers productions from Tim Anderson (Solange), MSTR ROGERS (Charli XCX), Sacha Skarbek (Lana Del Rey), Francis “Eg” White (Sam Smith) and Martin Sjolie (Ella Henderson).

On the songwriting front, Charlotte OC has teamed up with Laura “LP” Pergolizzi (Christina Aguilera), Nate Campany (Ellie Goulding), Daniel Nigro (Sky Ferreira) and Tom Aspaul (Kylie Minogue).
