Jaira Burns announces details for new promotional single

Jaira Burns has announced the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “High Rollin'” as her next promotional cut and will release it on October 20 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Cara Salimando alongside Brett “Leland” McLaughlin, whose other credits include Selena Gomez’s “Fetish,” Martin Garrix’s “There for You,” Sabrina Carpenter’s “Why,” Troye Sivan’s “Youth,” Allie X’s “Paper Love,” Daya’s “Cool,” and Kat Graham’s “Secrets.”

Production duties on “High Rollin'” were handled by Alex Schwartz and Joe Khajadourian of The Futuristics, who are also responsible for Alex Aiono’s “Does it Feel Like Falling,” Liz Huett’s “STFU & Hold Me,” Machine Gun Kelly’s “Bad Things,” Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody,” and Trey Songz’s “Serve it Up.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Burns’ upcoming project – featuring previous promotional singles “Ugly” and “Burn Slow” – is expected to arrive next year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Jessie Ware unveils acoustic version of new promotional single “Hearts”

British singer/songwriter Jessica Louis Ware, professionally known as Jessie Ware, has unveiled her new promotional single online.

The acoustic version of “Hearts” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Ware alongside Julia Michaels (Pink, Gwen Stefani), Benjamin “Benny Blanco” Levin (Charli XCX, James Blunt) and Benjamin “Two Inch Punch” Ash (Anne-Marie, Jessie Reyez).

Ware’s third album “Glasshouse” – featuring previous singles “Midnight,” “Selfish Love” and “Alone” – is scheduled to arrive on 20 October via PMR Records in partnership with Island Records (UK) and Interscope Records (US).

The highly-anticipated project boasts further songwriting contributions from James Newman, Alexandra “Shungudzo Kuyimba” Govere, Danny Parker, Nina Nesbitt, Ross Golan, Sarah Aarons, and Ed Sheeran.

On the production front, Ware has worked with Starsmith, Bastian Langebaek, Andrew Wansel, Kid Harpoon, Stint, Happy Perez, Cashmere Cat, Julian Bunetta, Fred Ball, Sacha Skarbek, and John “JRY” Ryan.

Shungudzo teams with Sam Martin for new promotional single “Long Live the Billionaire”

Zimbabwean/French/Native-American singer-songwriter Shungudzo Kuyimba, professionally known as Shungudzo, has delivered her new single online.

“Long Live the Billionaire” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Shunguzdo alongside fellow recording artist Sam Martin, whose other credits include Maroon 5’s “It Was Always You,” Rozzi Crane’s “Psycho,” Nick Jonas’ “Levels,” Jason Derulo’s “Want to Want Me,” Prince Royce’s “Stuck on a Feeling,” and David Guetta’s “Dangerous.”

Fans of Shungudzo’s songwriting works, on the other hand, should keep an eye on the next projects by Jessie Ware, Ella Henderson, Liza Owen, Conrad Sewell, Kiesza, Alina Baraz, Sabina Ddumba, and Rudimental.

Her previous credits include Louisa Johnson’s “Best Behaviour,” which was co-written alongside Danny Parker and Peter “Merf” Kelleher, Benjamin Kohn and Thomas “Froe” Barnes of UK production team TMS; as well as Little Mix’s “Touch,” which peaked to number four on the UK Singles Chart.

British singer/songwriter Mahalia Burkmar, professionally known as Mahalia, has released her promotional single online.

“Hold On” – which was collectively produced by Jay Prince and Nana Rogues – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Mahalia’s upcoming sophomore album – featuring the Jessy Rose-penned / Maths Time Joy-produced “Sober” – is expected to arrive early next year via Asylum Records (UK) and Atlantic Records (US).

The follow-up to 2016’s “Diary of Me” reportedly delivers additional alliances with Mac & Phil (Emeli Sande), Grades (Sinead Harnett), Amy Wadge (Janelle Monae), Sam Romans (Raye), Kane “Kin” Parfitt (Tamera Foster), Philip Plested (Liza Own), Felix Joseph (Jorja Smith) and Kuya Productions (Alessia Cara).

Calum Scott has announced the details for his new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “You Are the Reason” as the next promotional cut from his upcoming debut album under Capitol Records.

The track – which was written by Scott alongside Jon Maguire and Corey Sanders – will arrive on November 17 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Scott’s debut project reportedly boasts further songwriting contributions from Kamille, Sam Romans, Hayley Warner, Ross Golan, Maureen “MoZella” McDonald, BullySongs, Grace Tither, Max McElligott, Hannah Wilson, Philip Plested, Audra Mae, Sean Douglas, Grace Barker, and Iain James.
