JONES shares performance video for new song “Til We Get There”

JONES has shared a new performance video online.

The British singer/songwriter (real name Cherie Jones-Mattis) has posted the visual clip for “Til We Get There” to Mahogany Sessions’ YouTube channel on Tuesday (September 12, 2017).

The track was co-written with Wayne Hector (Craig David, Emeli Sande), Arnthor Birgisson (Taya, Leona Lewis), Phil Thornally (Melanie C, Pixie Lott) and Lukasz Duchnowski (Tina Arena, Kim Cesarion).

JONES’ upcoming sophomore studio collection and follow-up to 2016’s “New Skin” is expected to arrive later this year via 37 Adventures.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further songwriting contributions from Laura Dockrill (Elli Ingram), Tom Havelock (Aquilo), Rachel Furner (Sam Smith), Max McElligott (Rita Ora), Danny Shah (Zak Abel), Lauren Aquilina (Mali-Koa) and Ollie Green (Stephen Puth).

On the production front, JONES has worked with Isabella Summers (Jasmine Thompson), Lostboy (Marlon Roudette), Sky Adams (Kylie Minogue), Grades (Raleigh Ritchie), Martin Sjolie (Sarah Close), Laconic (Jason Derulo), Ed Harcourt (Sophie Ellis-Bextor) and Starsmith (Joel Compass).

JONES hits the studio with Laconic, Tom Havelock

British singer/songwriter Cherie Jones, professionally known as JONES, has teamed up with Tom Havelock and Laconic for a new collaboration.

Notable songwriting credits by Havelock include Kwabs’ “Forgiven,” Ginny Blackmore’s “Right Spot,” Taya’s “Deeper,” Ben Haenow’s “Brother,” Cheryl’s “A Million Lights,” Eric Prydz’s “Liberate,” and Aquilo’s “Never Hurt Again.”

Composed of Daniel Goudie and Ashley Milton, Laconic’s production resume boasts works with Cover Drive (“Easy Life”), Mic Lowry (“Whiskey Kisses”), Aston Merrygold (“Jazzman”), Karen Harding (“Chemistry”), Fleur East (“Heart Attack”), Sigrid (“Deep”) and KStewart (“Face Value”).

JONES, on the other hand, is expected to release her sophomore studio collection, which follows 2016’s “New Skin,” later this year via 37 Adventures.

The still-untitled project reportedly features additional alliances with Ollie Green (Stephen Puth), Isa Machine (Ella Henderson), Starsmith (Jess Glynne), Rachel Furner (Sam Smith), Martin Sjolie (Charlotte OC), Laura Dockrill (Jessie Ware), Ed Harcourt (James Bay) and Max McElligott (Rita Ora).

JONES has reunited with Ollie Green for a new collaboration.

Green previously co-wrote and produced “Indulge” for JONES, taken from the artist’s debut album, “New Skin.”

The British singer, songwriter, and record producer’s resume boasts further works with Frances (“Love Me Again”), RAYE (“Story”), Joel Compass (“Enlightened”), Leo Kalyan (“Daydream”), Phreeda Sharp (“Gold Car”), Amber Run (“Haze”), Hannah Trigwell (“Rectify”) and Joe Hertz (“Stay Lost”).

Meanwhile, JONES – real name Cherie Jones – is expected to release her sophomore studio collection later this year via 37 Adventures.

The still-untitled project reportedly features additional productions and songwriting contributions from Isa Machine (Maxine Ashley), Starsmith (Kylie Minogue), Rachel Furner (Craig David), Martin Sjolie (Sam Smith), Laura Dockrill (Dua Lipa) and Ed Harcourt (James Bay).

JONES has shared a new lyric video online.

The British singer/songwriter – real name Cherie Jones – posted the lyrical clip for “Whole” to her Vevo channel on Tuesday (February 21, 2017).

Peter “Merf” Kellher, Benjamin Kohn and Thomas “Froe” Barnes of TMS co-wrote the track – which was previously recorded by Polish singer/songwriter Aneta – alongside Ina Wroldsen (Janelle Monae, Zara Larsson), Wayne Hector (Charlie Puth, Ricky Reed) and James Reynolds (Dragonette, Icona Pop).

JONES’ acoustic EP – featuring the Laura Dockrill & Josh Record-assisted “Hoops” and “Becoming” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The acoustic rendition of “Whole” – which was previously recorded by Polish singer/songwriter Aneta – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track – originally entitled “You Make Me Whole – was co-written by Thomas Barnes, Peter Kelleher and Benjamin Kohn of TMS alongside Ina Wroldsen (Clean Bandit, Zara Larsson), Wayne Hector (Charlie Puth, Katy Perry) and James Reynolds (Dragonette, Icona Pop).

JONES has hinted at a new collaboration with Isabella “Isa Machine” Summers of Florence + the Machine.

“Endless vibes with Isa Machine,” the British singer-songwriter posted to Instagram on Thursday (January 26, 2017).

Summers’ songwriting/production resume boasts works with Rebecca Ferguson (“Without a Woman), Iggy Azalea (“Trouble”), Maxine Ashley (“Run from Reason”), Ella Henderson (“Feel”) and Katharine McPhee (“Lick My Lips”).

Summers also has five co-writing credits on Florence + the Machine’s critically-acclaimed debut album “Lungs,” three on the second album “Ceremonials,” and three on the last album “How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful,” including two productions on the deluxe version.

Meanwhile, JONES – real name Cherie Jones – is currently working on her upcoming sophomore studio collection under 37 Adventures.

Rachel Furner has hinted at a new collaboration with Martin Sjolie and JONES.

“Perfect end to a perfect week with the geniuses – Martin Sjolie and JONES,” the British singer/songwriter posted to her Instagram profile.

Furner’s songwriting resume boasts works with Little Mix (“Secret Love Song”), Craig David (“All We Needed”), Una Healy (“Grow Up Not Old”), Frances (“Under Our Feet”) and DAKOTA (“No Matter What I Do”).

Meanwhile, Sjolie is known for co-writing and producing songs performed by Maria Mena (“All This Time”), Nathan Sykes (“Good Things Come to Those Who Wait”), Charlotte OC (“In Paris”) and Sam Smith (“Is This Love”).
