Mae Muller shares music video for new single “Busy Tone”

Mae Muller has shared the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Busy Tone” was posted to the British singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on Friday (December 14, 2018).

Production duties on “Busy Tone” were handled by regular collaborator Two Inch Punch, who is also responsible for Kali Uchis’s “Dead to Me,” Dan Caplen’s “Two Fingers,” Anne-Marie’s “Boy,” Jessie Ware’s “Say You Love Me,” Moko’s “With You,” Sam Smith’s “Money on My Mind,” and Ella Eyre’s “Deeper.”

Muller’s current project “Frankly” – featuring further productions and songwriting contributions from Oscar Scheller, Tom Aspaul, Ajay “Stint” Bhattacharyya, and Tony Esterly – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Zhavia Ward releases new promotional single “100 Ways”

Zhavia Ward has released her new single online.

“100 Ways” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Ward alongside Alexandra “Shungudzo” Govere (Alina Baraz, Ella Henderson), Paul “Phamous” Shelton (Nick Jonas, Liza Owen), Warren “Oak” Felder (Dinah Jane, Alessia Cara), Trevor Brown (Kehlani, Fleur East) and William Simmons (Demi Lovato, Bea Miller).

Ward’s upcoming debut project under Columbia Records reportedly delivers further songwriting contributions from Eyelar, Wayne Hector, Priscilla Renea, Ben Abraham, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Sam Romans, and Amy Allen.

On the production front, Ward has worked with Benny Cassette, M-Phazes, Alex Hope, Symbolyc One, Malay, Doc McKinney, Illangelo, Rob Knox, Stint, Tushar Apte, Snakehips, and Darhyl “DJ” Camper.

Mae Muller confirms details for debut project

Mae Muller has confirmed the details for her upcoming debut project.

The British singer/songwriter christened her first mini-collection “Frankly” and will release it on December 7th via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

Current promotional single “Pull Up” – which was collectively produced by Benash and John Foyle – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Among the songwriters and producers backing Muller on the “Frankly E.P.” are Benjamin “Two Inch Punch” Ash (Sam Smith, Ella Eyre), Ajay “Stint” Bhattacharyya (Lennon Stella, Demi Lovato), Oscar Scheller (Dan Caplen, Mabel McVey) and Tom Aspaul (Celeste Waite, Tamera Foster).

Alina Baraz has delivered her new promotional single online.

“Feels Right” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Cara Salimando, whose other credits include MØ’s “Imaginary Friend,” Kesha’s “Hymn,” Dua Lipa’s “Begging,” Grace Mitchell’s “Kids (Ain’t All Right),” and Sabrina Carpenter’s “White Flag.”

Production duties on “Feels Right” were handled by Stint, who is also responsible for Nao’s “Another Lifetime,” Jessie Ware’s “Your Domino,” Sabrina Claudi’s “Unravel Me,” and Demi Lovato’s “Tell Me You Love Me.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Baraz’s next project – featuring further contributions from Jason Evigan, Skylar Grey, Hue “SoundzFire” Strother, J Mills, Michael Pollack, and The Stereotypes – ix expected to arrive later this year.

MØ releases new promotional single “Imaginary Friend”

Danish singer/songwriter Karen Ørsted, professionally known as MØ, has released her new promotional single online.

“Imaginary Friend” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Noonie Bao alongside Billy Walsh and Illangelo, who are also responsible for Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart,” Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” Majid Jordan’s “Something About You,” and Emeli Sande’s “Starlight.”

MØ’s upcoming sophomore album “Forever Neverland” – featuring previous singles “Nostalgia,” “Sun in Our Eyes” and “Way Down” – is scheduled to arrive on October 19 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The highly-anticipated project boasts further songwriting contributions from Ilsey Juber, Jozzy, Cara Salimando, Alexandra “Shungudzo” Govere, Sarah Aarons, Madison Love, Jaramye Daniels, and Charli XCX.

On the production front, MØ has worked with Stint, Frank Dukes, Scribz Riley, John Hill, Diplo, King Henry, Hudson Mohawke, What So Not, James Flannigan, MantraBeats, and Stargate.

Sinead Harnett hits the studio with Illangelo, Doc McKinney

British singer/songwriter Sinead Harnett has teamed up with Carlo “Illangelo” Montagnese and Martin “Doc” McKinney for a new collaboration.

Illangelo is responsible for producing Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart,” Emeli Sande’s “Starlight,” Majid Jordan’s “Something About You,” Katy Perry’s “Pendulum,” and The Weeknd’s “Tell Your Friends.”

Meanwhile, Doc McKinney’s production resume boasts works with John Legend (“Wanna Be Loved”), Drake (“The Ride”), Santigold (“Outside the War”), The Weeknd (“Starboy”), Future (“Low Life”) and M.I.A. (“Exodus”).

Besides writing songs on the next projects by Little Mix and Louise Redknapp, Harnett is expected to release her next project – featuring the Grades-produced lead single “Body” – later this year via all digital streaming outlets.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further contributions from Future Cut, Paul E. Phamous, Marlon Roudette, Alan Sampson, J Mills, Monro, Ari PenSmith, P2J, Michael Angelo, Hue “SoundzFire” Strother, Autumn Rowe, Maths Time Joy, Stint, and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins.
