American singer, songwriter, and actress Brandy Norwood (known mononymously as Brandy) has released her seventh album online.

“B7” – featuring singles “Baby Mama” and “Borderline” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project also boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Darhyl Camper Jr., Kim “Kaydence” Krysiuk, Akil King, Antonio Dixon, Victoria Monet, Al Sherrod Lambert, Charles McAllister, Vania “Nia V” Khaleh-Pari, Matthew Burnett, and Chauncey “Hit-Boy” Hollis.

Rotimi confirms tracklisting for upcoming “Walk With Me” EP

Rotimi has confirmed the tracklisting for his upcoming EP online.

The Nigerian-American singer-actor, born Olurotimi Akinosho, will release his upcoming mini-album “Walk With Me” on May 24 via FrontRo Music Group / EMPIRE.

Lead promotional single “Love Riddim” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Rotimi alongside Al Sherrod Lambert (Jamie Foxx, Mary J. Blige), Varren Wade (Jennifer Lopez, Ella Mai), Colby O’Donnis (Lady Gaga, Kelly Rowland), Harmony “H-Money” Samuels (Chris Brown, Ariana Grande) and Edgar “Johnny Velvet” Etienne (Ciara, Janet Jackson).

Other tracks that will appear on the highly-anticipated project are “Legend,” “Decisions,” “Sip Slow,” “I Can’t Blame You,” “Summertime” and “Push Button Start (featuring Vanessa Bing).”

“Love Riddim” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Rotimi alongside Al Sherrod Lambert (Jamie Foxx, Mary J. Blige), Varren Wade (Jennifer Lopez, Ella Mai), Colby O’Donnis (Lady Gaga, Kelly Rowland), Harmony “H-Money” Samuels (Chris Brown, Ariana Grande) and Edgar “Johnny Velvet” Etienne (Ciara, Janet Jackson).

Janet Jackson confirms new single “Made for Now”

Janet Jackson has confirmed the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Made for Now” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming album and will release it on August 17 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

As per ASCAP’s ACE Repertory, the track was written by Jackson alongside Al Sherrod Lambert, Shawn Butler, Thomas Lumpkins, Varren Wade, Harmony “H-Money” Samuels, and Edgar “JV” Etienne.

Jackson’s upcoming twelfth album – featuring further contributions from regular collaborators Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis – is expected to arrive later this year via Rhythm Nation / BMG Rights Management.

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2015’s “Unbreakable,” which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “No Sleep,” “Unbreakable” and “Damn Baby.”

American singer/songwriter La’Porsha Renae has released her debut album online.

“Already All Ready” – featuring singles “Good Woman,” “Somebody Does” and “What is Love?” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project also includes songs that were initially recorded by fellow artists Bridget Kelly (“When in Rome”), Zara Larsson (“No Problem / Self Talk”) and Jojo (“Already All Ready”).

Among the producers backing Renae on “Already All Ready” are Harmony “H-Money” Samuels (Jordin Sparks), Edgar “JV” Etienne (Keyshia Cole), Ne-Yo (LeToya Luckett), Jesse “Corporal” Wilson (Musiq Soulchild), Curtis “Sauce” Wilson (K. Michelle) and Toby Gad (Natasha Bedingfield).

“Somebody Does” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Hailey Collier alongside Andrae Alexander, whose other credits include K. Michelle’s “All I Got” [Atlantic Records] and Raheem DeVaughn’s “Superhero” [Jive Records].

Production duties on “Somebody Does” were collectively handled by Shaffer “Ne-Yo” Smith (Beyonce, Kelly Rowland) and Jesse “Corporal” Wilson (Celine Dion, Justin Bieber).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Renae’s first studio collection “Already All Ready” – featuring previous singles “Good Woman” and “What is Love” – will arrive on March 31 via 19 Recordings and Motown Records.

The track was co-written by Tiffany Fred (Cassie) and Al Sherrod Lambert (Fantasia Barrino), with collective production duties handled by Harmony Samuels (Kehlani) and Edgar “JV” Etienne (Nathan Sykes).

Renae’s debut album – featuring previous single “Battles” – is expected to be released later this year via 19 Recordings / Motown Records.

Tamar Braxton has scheduled the release date for her upcoming album.

“Calling All Lovers” will hit stores and digital outlets on September 11 through Streamline Records and Epic Records.

Current single “If I Don’t Have You” – out now via iTunes – was helmed by Makeba Riddick (Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez), LaShawn “Big Shiz” Daniels (Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson) and Da Internz (Ciara, Nicki Minaj).

Other album contributors include Harvey Mason Jr. (Usher, Justin Timberlake), Tiffany Fred (Keri Hilson, Sevyn Streeter), Harmony Samuels (Ne-Yo, Jennifer Hudson) and Al Sherrod Lambert (Fantasia Barrino, Ariana Grande).

Jordin Sparks has scheduled the release date for her upcoming third album.

The singer/songwriter will release “Right Here Right Now” on August 21 through Sony Music Entertainment imprint Louder Than Life Records.

Current single “Double Tap” – now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets – was co-written by Victoria Monet (Ariana Grande, Fifth Harmony) and produced by Jonas Jeberg (Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj).

Other album contributors include Salaam Remi (Usher, Alicia Keys), Elijah Blake (Ciara, Kelly Rowland), Dem Jointz (Brandy, Janet Jackson), Crada (Drake, Emeli Sande) and DJ Mustard (Omarion, Keyshia Cole).

Sparks’ last studio collection, 2009’s “Battlefield,” debuted at number seven on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “S.O.S. (Let the Music Play)” and “Don’t Let It Go to Your Head.”

She also co-wrote “The Way” for Ariana Grande along with Sevyn Streeter, Al Sherrod Lambert and Harmony “H-Money” Samuels. The track reached number nine on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.
