Pink unleashes eighth studio collection “Hurts 2B Human”

American singer/songwriter Alecia Moore, known mononymously as Pink, has unleashed eighth studio collection online.

“Hurts 2B Human” – featuring lead promotional single “Walk Me Home” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project boasts productions from Max Martin, Shellback, Billy Mann, Oscar Gorres, Ryan Tedder, Greg Kurstin, Jorgen Odegard, Wrabel, Steve Robson, Peter Thomas, Kyle Mooreman, and The Struts.

On the songwriting front, Pink has worked with Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds, Beck, Scott Harris, Nate Ruess, Sia, Freddy Wexler, Ilsey Juber, Steph Jones, Julia Michaels, Teddy Geiger, Eskeerdo, Sasha Sloan, Uffie, Allen Shamblin, Tom Douglas, and Jetta-John Hartley.

Pink premieres music video for new single “What About Us”

Pink has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The American singer/songwriter (born Alecia Beth Moore) posted the visual clip for “What About Us” to her Vevo channel on Wednesday (August 16, 2017).

Now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets; the track was written by Pink alongside Johnny McDaid (Harry Styles, Ed Sheeran) and Steve Mac (Rita Ora, Jess Glynne).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Pink’s seventh album “Beautiful Trauma” is scheduled to arrive on October 13 via RCA Records.

On the follow-up to 2012’s “The Truth About Love,” Pink has also worked with Max Martin (Taylor Swift), Julia Michaels (Justin Bieber), Jack Antonoff (Carly Rae Jepsen), Greg Kurstin (Liam Gallagher) and Shellback (Katy Perry).

Pink has announced the details for her upcoming album.

The American singer/songwriter (real name Alecia Beth Moore) has christened her seventh studio collection “Beautiful Trauma” and will release it on October 13 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Lead promotional single “What About Us” – now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets – was co-written with Johnny McDaid (Harry Styles, Ed Sheeran) and Steve Mac (Rita Ora, Jess Glynne).

The follow-up to 2012’s “The Truth About Love” boasts further contributions from Max Martin (Katy Perry), Greg Kurstin (Taylor Swift), Jack Antonoff (Rachel Platten) and Shellback (Carly Rae Jepsen).

Pink debuts new single “Just Like Fire”

Pink has debuted her new single online.

The singer-songwriter – real name Alecia Moore – posted the audio clip for “Just Like Fire” to her Vevo channel on Thursday (April 14, 2016).

“Just Like Fire” is lifted from the upcoming Walt Disney Studios’ film, “Alice Through The Looking Glass.”

The track was co-written by Oscar Holter, whose other credits include Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself” [Republic], Tori Kelly’s “Should’ve Been Us” [Capitol] and Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Run Away With Me” [Interscope].

Meanwhile, production duties on “Just Like Fire” – now available for download via iTunes – were collectively handled by Max Martin (Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera) and Shellback (Taylor Swift, Adam Lambert).

Pink’s last studio collection, 2012’s “The Truth About Love,” debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” and “Just Give Me a Reason.”

Her forthcoming seventh album – featuring contributions from Greg Kurstin, Sia Furler and Beck – is expected to be released later this year through Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Adam Lambert signs new deal with Warner Bros. Records

Singer/songwriter Adam Lambert has signed a new record deal with Warner Bros. Records and will release his third album later this year.

The Warner Music Group imprint is also home to artists including Cher, Bette Midler, Eric Clapton, Flaming Lips, Green Day, Josh Groban, Lily Allen, Michael Buble, Regina Spektor, Bebe Rexha, and Nico & Vinz.

Production on Lambert’s new album is headed by hitmakers Max Martin and Shellback, who previously teamed with Lambert on singles “If I Had You” and the Pink-assisted “Whataya Want from Me.”

The Swedish songwriting and production duo have also worked with Taylor Swift (“Blank Space”), Ariana Grande (“Problem”), Christina Aguilera (“Your Body”), Usher (“Scream”) and Britney Spears (“I Wanna Go”).

Lambert’s last studio collection, 2012’s “Trespassing,” debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned promotional cuts “Better Than I Know My Self” and “Never Close Our Eyes.”

Pink has revealed the title of her new single.

The singer/songwriter – real name Alecia Moore – christened “Walk of Shame” as the next promotional single from her latest album, “The Truth about Love,” out now via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The track was produced by Greg Kurstin, who also teamed up with the artist on singles “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” and “Try.”

Previous single “True Love” – which features Lily Allen – peaked at number sixteen on the UK Singles Chart.

Fans of Kurstin’s work should look out for the next albums by Beyoncé Knowles [Columbia Records], Kylie Minogue [Parlophone Records], Mikky Ekko [Reprise Records], Azealia Banks [Interscope Records], Angel Haze [Republic Records], Bonnie McKee [Epic Records] and Neon Hitch [Reprise Records].

Cher confirms official tracklisting for new album ‘Closer to the Truth’

Cher has confirmed the official tracklisting for her upcoming studio album.

The American singer-actress will release “Closer to the Truth” on September 24 via Warner Music Group / Warner Bros. Records.

Lead single “Woman’s World” – available now for download via iTunes – was written by Anthony Crawford along with Matt Morris (Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera) and Paul Oakenfold (Madonna, John Legend).

Other songwriters backing Cher on the new collection are Diane Warren (Jennifer Hudson, Fantasia Barrino), Alecia “Pink” Moore (Mya Harrison, Adam Lambert), Kelly “Madame Buttons” Sheehan (Jason Derulo, Nicole Scherzinger) and Bonnie McKee (Katy Perry, Ellie Goulding).

Producers include Mark Taylor (Enrique Iglesias, Kylie Minogue), Thaddis “Kuk” Harrell (Rihanna, Mariah Carey), Billy Mann (Celine Dion, Kelly Rowland), Timothy “Timbaland” Mosley (Nelly Furtado, Chris Brown) and Jerome “J-Roc” Harmon (Beyoncé Knowles, Justin Timberlake).
