The Runners are an American electronic and hip hop production, consisting of Andrew “Dru Brett” Harr and Jermaine “Mayne Zayne” Jackson.

The duo are responsible for helming singles including “How We Do” (Rita Ora), “Baby Doll” (Girlicious), “Swagger Jagger” (Cher Lloyd), “California King Bed” (Rihanna), “Up and Running” (Jessica Jarrell), “Hey Daddy” (Usher), “Crash Your Party” (Karmin) and “Do It Again” (Pia Mia).

Wynter Gordon has recently recorded new material with The Runners.

It is yet to be known whether last night’s session was intended for another artist or Gordon’s upcoming sophomore album.

The Runners consist of songwriters and record producers Andrew “Dru Brett” Harr and Jermaine “Mayne Zayne” Jackson.

Their resume includes works for Keyshia Cole (“Didn’t I Tell You”), Chris Brown (“Biggest Fan”), Cher Lloyd (“Swagger Jagger”), Kelly Rowland (“All of the Night”) and Nicole Scherzinger (“Tomorrow Never Dies”).

Meanwhile, Gordon previously co-wrote songs for other artists such as “Livin’ it Up” by Ciara [Epic Records], “2 of You” by Danity Kane [Bad Boy / Atlantic Records] and “Gonna Breakthrough” by Mary J. Blige [Geffen Records].

Her debut album, 2011’s “With the Music I Die,” peaked at number twenty five on the Australian Albums Chart and spawned hit singles “Dirty Talk,” “Til Death,” “Buy My Love” and “Still Getting Younger.”

Sevyn Streeter to work with The Underdogs for debut album

Sevyn Streeter is scheduled to collaborate with The Underdogs for her upcoming debut album on Warner Music Group / CBE / Atlantic Records.

The songwriting and production duo – which consists of members Harvey Mason Jr. and Damon Thomas – are responsible for tracks such as “Right to Fall” by Jessica Sanchez [Interscope Records], “Turn Up the Music” by Chris Brown [RCA Records] and “Stay in Love” by Marcus Canty [Epic Records].

They also contributed to the next albums by Ciara [Epic Records], Jennifer Hudson [RCA Records], Tamar Braxton [Epic Records], Joelle James [CBE / Interscope Records], Leah LaBelle [i am OTHER / So So Def / Epic Records] and Candice Glover [19 Recordings / Interscope Records].

Meanwhile, the still-untitled project by Streeter is preceded by new single “It Won’t Stop.” The track was co-written by Jean Baptiste Kouame (Britney Spears, Cheryl Cole) and produced by Thomas “Diplo” Pentz (Usher, Bruno Mars).

Kelly Rowland has revealed the production credits for her upcoming album.

The singer/songwriter will release “Talk a Good Game” in the United States on June 18 via Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

New single “Dirty Laundry” was produced by Terius “The Dream” Nash and Carlos “L.O.S. Da Maestro” McKinney, who are also responsible for “Hey Sexy” by Keyshia Cole [Geffen Records], “Nobody’s Business” by Rihanna [Island Def Jam Recordings] and “My Shhh” by Jason Derulo [Warner Bros. Records].

RoccStar is responsible for helming singles “Fine China” by Chris Brown [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records] and “Lay Down Your Weapons” by K. Coke featuring Rita Ora [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].

Jason Derulo has announced the title of his new single.

The singer/songwriter will release “The Other Side” as the first promotional single from his upcoming as-yet-untitled third album, out later this year via Warner Music Group / Beluga Heights / Warner Bros. Records.

The track was produced by Joshua “Ammo” Coleman, whose credits include “Lovebird” by Leona Lewis [Simco Limited / Sony Music Entertainment], “(Drop Dead) Beautiful” by Britney Spears [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records] and “E.T.” by Katy Perry [EMI Music Group / Capitol Records].
